Due to the influence of various factors such as the economic development of the region and the owner’s cultural quality and management level, there are some tax administration problems that need to be solved urgently in the development of private enterprises. Since its establishment in 1988, the private sector in Yongdeng County registered only 4 households. After more than a decade of development, 387 private-owned enterprises have registered so far, employing over 19,000 people and a registered capital of 137 million yuan. Among them, 232 are industrial enterprises, 34 are farming, 92 are aquaculture and fruit industry
