长江三角洲地区15个城市市长联席会议和沪、苏、浙三省市的常务副省长沟通的渠道和机制已初步形成。另外,沪、苏、浙三省市正着手从交通、市场、生态、信息、金融和人才6个方面展开全面合作,以降低地区经济发展成本,提升区域整体国际竞争力。近一段时间,《解放日报》、《文汇报》等连续对长江三角洲各城市领导进行了专访,显示该区域内城市高层在一体化方面的思路已基本形成,认识非常到位。本文现将有关谈话要点综述如下,从中我们可以看到,一体化的共识,正在长三角地区变成实实在在的行动,这是推动长三角区域经济一体化走在全国前列的根本所在。
The channels and mechanisms for the communication between the mayors of 15 cities in the Yangtze River Delta and the executive vice governors of the three provinces and cities of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejian have been initially formed. In addition, the three provinces and municipalities of Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejian are engaged in full cooperation in six aspects of transport, market, ecology, information, finance and talent in order to reduce the cost of regional economic development and enhance the overall international competitiveness of the region. Recently, “Liberation Daily”, “Wen Wei Po” and other consecutive interviews with leaders of cities in the Yangtze River Delta showed that the thinking of high-level urban integration in the region has basically taken shape and recognition is in place. This article will now summarize the key points of the talks as follows. From this we can see that the consensus on integration is becoming a real move in the Yangtze River Delta. This is the fundamental reason for pushing forward the economic integration in the Yangtze River Delta at the forefront of the entire country.
