汽轮机蒸汽疏水阀门控制系统经历了 3个阶段 ,即手动控制、程序控制和DCS逻辑控制。美国某公司在设计巴基斯坦UCH电站时 ,将DCS逻辑控制技术应用于蒸汽疏水阀门中。DCS逻辑控制疏水阀门使疏水操作有了客观的标准 ,保证了机组的经济安全运行。可为国内电厂疏水系统设计和改造提供参考。
Turbine steam trap valve control system has gone through three stages, namely, manual control, process control and DCS logic control. When a company in the United States designed Pakistan UCH power station, DCS logic control technology was applied to the steam trap. DCS logic control trap to hydrophobic operation has an objective standard to ensure the economic and safe operation of the unit. It can provide reference for the design and modification of domestic power plant hydrophobic system.
