以EAF-VOD法冶炼Ni-Cr不锈钢的配料计算为背景,建立线性规划型的优化配料数学模型,开发了汉化微机软件,在抚顺钢厂第二炼钢分厂的相应生产岗位上实现了计算机辅助操作。通过典型实例对比,说明优化模型配料能带来明显的直接经济效益,并具有快速、准确等一系列优点。长期的生产应用确认了优化模型配料的优越性,生产镍铬不锈钢的配料成本年平均降低72¥/t。
Taking EAF-VOD method to calculate the ingredients of Ni-Cr stainless steel as the background, a mathematic model of linear programming optimization batching was established, and a computerized Chinese software was developed. The computer was realized at the corresponding production position in No.2 Steelmaking Plant of Fushun Iron and Steel Auxiliary operation. The comparison of typical examples shows that the optimization model ingredients can bring obvious direct economic benefits, and has a series of advantages such as fastness and accuracy. Long-term production applications confirm the superiority of optimized model ingredients, reducing the average annual cost of ingredients for producing nickel-chromium stainless steel by 72 ¥ / t.
