青州市剪刀股份有限公司是1994年由原市剪刀厂改制而成的中二型企业,拥有职工280人,固定资产1200万元。近年来,随着新旧体制的转轨和市场经济的深入发展,部分国有企业的生产经营面临困境,小五金行业更是步履维艰,而该公司作为一家50年代创建的以生产民用剪刀为主的老企业,却克服了规模小、设备陈旧、资金紧张等重重困难,狠抓企业文化建设、制度建设、领导班子建设,在激烈的市场竞争中站稳了脚跟,并获得了长足发展。今年上半年,完成销售收入427万元,增加工业产值204万元,分别比去年同期增长47％、16.2％;实现利税37万元,其中利润2.7万元,分别增长33％和50％。
Qingzhou Scissors Co., Ltd. is a medium-sized enterprise transformed from the original Scissors Factory in 1994. It has 280 employees and 12 million yuan in fixed assets. In recent years, with the transition of the old and new systems and the in-depth development of the market economy, the production and operation of some state-owned enterprises are facing difficulties, and the hardware industry is still struggling, and the company is an old enterprise established mainly in the 50’s to produce civilian scissors. However, it overcomes the difficulties of small scale, outdated equipment, and tight funding. It pays close attention to corporate culture construction, system construction, and leadership team building. It has established a firm foothold in the fierce market competition and has achieved considerable development. In the first half of this year, the sales revenue was 4.27 million yuan, and the industrial output value was 2.04 million yuan, an increase of 47% and 16.2% respectively over the same period of last year; the profits and taxes were 370,000 yuan, of which the profit was 27,000 yuan, an increase of 33% and 50% respectively.
