目前,牙种植体多采用锚式、螺旋式等致密金属做成,其远期效果均不佳,因此采用致密金属与多孔体相结合的结构引起了医学界的极大兴趣。本文叙述了这种结构的微孔钛合金种植牙根的制取工艺;研究了粉末粒度和烧结工艺条件对种植牙根平均孔径、致密加强芯与多孔体间界面结合力及弹挂模量等的影响。指出采用-40+60,-60+80目粉末制取的种植牙根具有有利於骨组织长入的孔径及足够的强度。经动物试验证明,种植牙根与骨的界面结合强度较高,并获得了初步的临床效果。
At present, dental implants are mostly made of dense metal such as anchor, spiral and the like, and the long-term effect is poor. Therefore, the structure combining the dense metal and the porous body has aroused great interest of the medical community. In this paper, the fabrication process of dental implants with microporous titanium alloy has been described. The effect of powder size and sintering process on the average root diameter of dental implants, the densification of interfacial adhesion and elastic modulus . It is pointed out that the implant root prepared with -40 + 60, -60 + 80 mesh powder has the pore size and the sufficient strength for bone ingrowth. Animal experiments show that the dental root and bone interfacial bonding strength is higher, and obtained a preliminary clinical effect.
