按照中共中央组织部《关于进一步做好新形势下发展党员工作的意见》的要求,高校要进一步增加在校生的学生党员比例。目前,高校学生党建工作发展迅速,成绩显著,但在入党后的教育管理上存在管理力量薄弱、组织生活缺乏制度化等问题。通过问卷调查大学生党员的现状,提出对加强大学生党员后续教育管理的对策。
In accordance with the requirements of the Opinions of the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee on Further Improving the Work of Party Members in the New Situation, colleges and universities should further increase the proportion of student party members in school. At present, the work of building college students has witnessed a rapid development with outstanding achievements. However, there are some problems in the management of education after joining the party such as the weak management power and the lack of institutionalized organizational life. Through questionnaire survey of the status quo of college student party members, put forward countermeasures to strengthen follow-up education management of college student party members.
