近年来,中药制剂日益增多,绝大多数用于临床后取得了显著效果。但亦有小部分存在一些问题,该引起重视。一、中成药缺乏传统手工制作的特色:传统手工制作的蜜丸,光猾、圆整,用手触摸时具有柔软感。而现在某些厂家生产的密丸,外观粗糙、大小不一,硬如坚石。既不便吞咽,又无法咀嚼。虽然符合药典规定的崩解时限,但如何落入病人腹中却成了问题。如湖南某厂家生产的补中益气丸、六味地黄丸等。
