本实验观察了复方丹参注射液对失血性低血压家兔的影响。方法:家兔21只,不拘性别,体重2.0—3.3kg,在室温22℃,1%普鲁卡因局麻下,分离左侧颈动脉,插塑料管由四导生理记录仪记录左室压力(LVP)及±dp/dt max,右侧股动脉插管记录动脉血压(ABP),左侧股动脉及股静脉内分别插管,备放血及输血,输药用。0.3%的肝素钠3ml/kg静脉注入抗凝。记录放血前ABP、LVP、±dp/dt max和ECG。随之由左股动脉将血放至贮血瓶使血压保持在40—50功mmHg90分钟。随机将动物分为两组。1.实验组(n=11)低血压15分钟后,将复方丹参注射液1mg/kg用5%葡萄糖生理盐水稀释至10ml分5
This experiment observed the effects of compound Danshen injection on hemorrhagic hypotension rabbits. METHODS: Twenty-one rabbits, irrespective of gender, weighing 2.0-3.3 kg, were subjected to local anesthesia with 1% procaine at room temperature at 22°C. The left carotid artery was isolated and inserted into a plastic tube. The left ventricular pressure was recorded by a four-channel physiological recorder. (LVP) and ±dp/dt max. Arterial blood pressure (ABP) was recorded on the right femoral artery and the left femoral artery and femoral vein were cannulated respectively. Blood was prepared for bleeding and transfusion. 0.3% heparin sodium 3ml/kg intravenous anticoagulation. Prebleeding ABP, LVP, ±dp/dt max, and ECG were recorded. The left femoral artery was then placed into the blood reservoir to maintain the blood pressure at 40-50 mmHg for 90 minutes. Animals were randomly divided into two groups. 1. After 15 minutes of hypotension in the experimental group (n=11), dilute Salvia miltiorrhiza injection 1 mg/kg was diluted to 10 ml with 5% glucose saline.
