为配合开展中药临床药学工作,了解临床用药情况,更好地发挥中药的治疗效果,最近,笔者就某中医院今年的门诊处方,随机抽样3,000张,进行了专题调查。结果表明,中医处方用药中主要存在着处方书写不合要求、药物超量使用以及药物用法不当等问题。现初步分析如下: 一、调查情况分析这次调查分析的内容,主要包括处方书写规范、特殊药物用法、超常用量投药情况、处方剂数分类、处方金额统计、不同药物在处方中出现的次数等等。在3,000张处方中,书写不符合要求的共970张,占调查处方总数的32.3%。
In order to cooperate with the development of clinical pharmacy work for traditional Chinese medicine, to understand the situation of clinical drug use and to better exert the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine, recently, the author took a random sample of 3,000 outpatient prescriptions from a Chinese medicine hospital this year and conducted a special investigation.
