采用XAD2吸附法和GC/MS法,对黄杉(Pseudotsuga sinensis Dode)球果、华山松(Pinus armandii Franch)球果、云南松(Pinus yunnanensis Franch)球果中所含挥发性物质的种类及其含量进行了分析测定。从黄杉球果中检测到的柏木醇和异长叶烯在华山松球果和云南松球果所含的挥发性物质中没有。华山松球果和云南松球果所含的挥发性物质中的β-水芹烯在黄杉球果中未检测到。由此推测,在黄杉实小卷蛾(Retinia psedotsugaicola Liu et Wu)选择寄主植物及其危害的器官时,黄杉球果中所含的柏木醇和异长叶烯2种挥发性物质中任意一种或两种同时对该虫起引诱作用,而另两种球果中所含的β-水芹烯挥发性物质则对该虫起有驱避作用。研究结果为黄杉的保护提供理论依据。
Using XAD2 adsorption method and GC / MS method, the species of the volatile substances contained in the cones of Pseudotsuga sinensis Dode, Pinus armandii Franch, Pinus yunnanensis Franch and their Content was analyzed and determined. The cedryl and iso-longne detected from the cones were not found in the volatiles contained in the Pinus armandii and Pinus yunnanensis. Β-phellandns in volatile matter contained in Pinus armandii and Pinus yunnanensis were not detected in the cones. Therefore, it is speculated that in the selection of host plants and their harmful organs by Retinia psedotsugaicola Liu et Wu, any one of the two volatile components of cedryl and allophorol contained in the cones, Species or two at the same time on the insect seduce effect, and the other two cones contained in the beta-phellandrene volatile substances are repellent to the insects. The results provide a theoretical basis for the protection of Douglas fir.
