利用氮气瓶、三口烧瓶、磁力搅拌器、数显pH计等设备搭建一种制备纳米Fe_3O_4的简易装置,该装置中氮气瓶中氮气通过软管通入三口烧瓶的反应溶液中,从而保证三口烧瓶中的反应溶液在氮气的氛围下发生反应,磁力搅拌器带有控制搅拌速度和调节三口烧瓶中溶液反应温度的开关。这种制备纳米Fe_3O_4的装置结构简单,易于大批量制备纳米Fe_3O_4磁流体或其粉体,制备过程环境友好不会带来环境污染,易于推广使用。
A simple device for preparing nano-Fe_3O_4 was set up by nitrogen bottle, three-necked flask, magnetic stirrer and digital pH meter. The nitrogen in the nitrogen bottle was introduced into the reaction solution of the three-neck flask through a hose to ensure the three-necked flask The reaction solution was reacted under a nitrogen atmosphere with a magnetic stirrer with a switch controlling the stirring speed and adjusting the reaction temperature of the solution in the three-necked flask. The device for preparing nano-Fe3O4 has a simple structure and is easy to prepare nano-Fe3O4 magnetic fluid or powder in large quantities. The environmentally friendly preparation process does not bring environmental pollution and is easy to be popularized and used.
