思想工作和政治工作“是实现可能实现事的艺术”,它既可以化解矛盾,凝聚人心,又可以促进建设,出生产力。无疑,加强和改进思想政治工作是我们石油石化产业适应新形势,解决新问题,促进和加快发展的迫切需要。 生产力,亦即人们征服自然、改造自然的能力,是社会生产中最活跃最革命的因素,在社会生产发展过程中起着主要的决定性作用。而劳动者,又是生产力中首要的能动的要素。任何社会,任何国家,任何时代,要发展经济,都必须要重视人的因素。所不同的是社会越进步、经济越发展,对劳动者素质的要求就越高。
Ideological work and political work “are the art of realizing what is possible.” It can both resolve conflicts and unite people’s hearts, and promote the building of productive forces. Undoubtedly, strengthening and improving ideological and political work is an urgent need for our petroleum and petrochemical industry to adapt to the new situation, solve new problems, and promote and speed up development. Productivity, that is, people’s ability to conquer nature and transform nature, is the most active and revolutionary factor in social production and plays a major decisive role in the process of social production and development. The laborer, on the other hand, is the primary active element in the productive forces. Any society, any country, any time, want to develop the economy, must pay attention to human factors. What is different is that the more society advances, the more economic the more developed the higher the demands on the quality of workers.
