急性白血病化疗前后白血病细胞形态学的研究国内外均未见报导。王氏等曾用光学显微镜观察并制定了相应的指标,对临床确有实用价值。我们为了进一步对急性白血病化疗前后白血病细胞生物学变化进行研究故对其超微结构的变化做了初步的观察。成人急性白血病五例(All 1例,APL 1例,AMOL 2例,AMMOL 1例,男2,女3)化疗前后做骨穿推片瑞氏染色进行光镜下形态学观察,同时取骨髓抽吸液提取白细胞,分别做SEM和TEM观察。并将超微结构的变化分别与光镜观察结果及临床情况进行了对比。结果如下: 五例中的三例化疗前后白血病细胞超微结构有明显的变化:SEM表现为化疗后细胞大小不等,体积明显增大
Morphological study of leukemia cells before and after acute leukemia have not been reported at home and abroad. Wang et al had observed with optical microscope and developed the corresponding indicators of clinical practical value. In order to further study the biological changes of leukemia cells before and after acute leukemia chemotherapy, we made a preliminary observation on the ultrastructural changes. Five cases of adult acute leukemia (All 1 case, APL 1, AMOL 2, AMMOL 1, male 2, female 3) before and after chemotherapy to do bone puncture Reitz stain morphological observation under light microscopy, while taking bone marrow pumping Aspirate leukocytes, respectively, to do SEM and TEM observations. The ultrastructural changes were compared with the results of light microscopy and clinical conditions respectively. The results are as follows: three cases of five cases before and after chemotherapy, leukemia cell ultrastructure showed significant changes: SEM showed the size of cells after chemotherapy, the volume was significantly increased
