用计算机多媒体图像处理技术对作物植株株型信息进行了提取、描述和管理的研究。植株图像经摄像或照片输入计算机并数字化后,通过计算机可完成对植株图像的编辑和特征信息提取,输出近30个描述株型信息的指标,包括一些基于多媒体图像技术的新指标,如用于描述植株与叶片占据空间大小的株幅值(Rp)、叶幅值(RI)、茎叶距(SLD);描述叶片空间分布状态的叶均角(LAA);描述株型优化程度的叶均角指数(LAAI)、茎叶角指数(SLAI)和叶向值指数(LOVI)等。利用该技术对我国目前常用的102个玉米杂交种和82个自交系及部分麦类作物植株作了图像处理,并将上述玉米植株的图像及有关相应参数数据信息存储于电脑中,初步建立了玉米品种资源植株株型特征图像与数据信息库。作物株型信息多媒体图像处理技术受人为影响少,能够快速、准确、客观获取、表述和管理株型信息,比以往人工方法具有很大的优越性,为作物育种、栽培及生理的研究提供了有效的研究手段。
Using computer multimedia image processing technology to plant plant type information extraction, description and management of research. Using this technology, 102 maize hybrids, 82 inbred lines and some wheat crops commonly used in our country were imaged and the images of the above maize plants and the related parameter data were stored in the computer.
