Since the deadline for publication, we have received a total of 89 recommendations from 24 provinces and cities across the country. The jury composed of senior middle school language teachers and famous experts carefully reviewed and commented on these materials. After repeated comparisons and scrutiny, 20 students were finally selected as candidates. The following is a description of the principles for determining a candidate and the relevant matters for vote selection: (a) Strictly grasp the selection criteria drafted in the 11th issue of 1996 and focus on “better”. The first is the virtue of “good”. Its benchmark is that it has been rated as “Three Good Theory” since 1994.
