根据当前国际国内学术界对东北少数民族研究广泛关注的现状及发展趋势,本文阐述了东北少数民族文献资源数字化的必要性和迫切性。依照文献数字化建设的所需信息交换、信息承载和信息检索三大基本过程,系统全面地探讨了民族文献数字化的多种技术手段的应用,包括文本、图片和音视频数字化技术的应用策略;数字资源平台选择、信息存储和压缩技术的应用策略;信息检索和安全技术的应用策略等。
According to the current situation and development trend of the international and domestic academic circles paying close attention to the research of the northeast minorities, this paper expounds the necessity and urgency of the digitalization of the northeast minority literature resources. In accordance with the three basic processes of information exchange, information bearing and information retrieval required by digital construction of literature, the paper systematically explores the application of various technical means of digitization of national documents, including the application strategies of texts, pictures and digitized audio and video technologies; Platform selection, information storage and compression technology application strategy; information retrieval and security technology application strategy.
