目的:探讨消毒供应室各类人员的管理措施。方法:从消毒供应室的工作现状情况出发,分析消毒供应室管理过程中的问题,找出完善管理的有效方法。结果:应加强对医院消毒工作质量的管理,对消毒员、各类护理人员制定岗位责任要求,加强管理,提高消毒供应室各类人员的职业素质。结论:消毒供应室担负着医院各科室相关器械物品的消毒灭菌工作,其质量的好坏直接影响着医院感染的预防控制质量。因此,对消毒供应室各类人员一定要做到加强管理,提高其消毒灭菌工作质量,同时组织相关专业知识的学习培训,促进消毒供应室各类人员整体职业素质的提升。
Objective: To discuss the management measures of all kinds of staff in disinfection supply room. Methods: Based on the working status of disinfection supply room, the problems in the process of disinfection and supply room management were analyzed to find out the effective ways to improve the management. Results: The quality of hospital disinfection should be strengthened management, disinfection workers, all kinds of nursing staff to develop job responsibilities, and strengthen management, improve the quality of various types of disinfection supply room staff. Conclusion: The disinfection supply room is responsible for the disinfection and sterilization of related equipment items in all departments of the hospital. The quality of the disinfection supply room directly affects the quality of prevention and control of hospital infection. Therefore, all kinds of personnel in the disinfection and supply room must be strengthened to improve the quality of their disinfection and sterilization work, and at the same time, to organize relevant study and training of relevant professional knowledge so as to promote the improvement of the overall occupational quality of various personnel in the disinfection and supply room.
