目的开发研究中央空调微波消毒装置并探讨其对室内空气微生物的控制效果。方法采用微波消毒与空气过滤器相结合方式设计微波消毒装置;给出微波消毒腔的设计和计算方法;试验测定对白葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌和大肠杆菌消毒效果。结果影响消毒效果的主要因素是微波功率、滤料含湿率和消毒时间;运行15 min后,杀灭率均可达到>90%,杀灭对数值均>1;微波谐振腔内场强均匀,没有明显“冷点”;滤料各表面的杀菌效果一致,差异没有统计学意义。结论中央空调系统中应用微波消毒方法具有良好的前景,值得深入研究。
Objective To develop a central air conditioning microwave disinfection device and to explore its indoor air microbial control effect. Methods The microwave disinfection device was designed by the combination of microwave disinfection and air filter. The design and calculation method of microwave disinfection chamber were given. The disinfection effects on Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli were tested. Results The main factors influencing disinfection effect were microwave power, moisture content of filter media and disinfection time. After 15 minutes of operation, the killing rate could all reach> 90%, and the kill logarithm values were all> 1. , There is no obvious “cold spot ”; the bactericidal effect of the surface of the filter material is the same, the difference is not statistically significant. Conclusion The application of microwave disinfection in the central air conditioning system has good prospects and deserves further study.
