目的:了解唐山部分市区市售水果有机磷及氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的情况。方法:在唐山市路北、路南区的各大农贸市场及超市销售点通过网格布点法选取10个采样点进行采样,采用酶抑制法对6种水果包括苹果、梨、香蕉、草莓、橙子、桂圆中的有机磷及氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量进行测定。结果:共采集水果样品120份,其中农药残留总检出率为93.3%,超标率0%。各种水果农药残留状况在市场与超市之间,路南区与路北区之间差异均无显著性。结论:唐山市售水果中有机磷及氨基甲酸酯类农药残留普遍存在。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the residues of organic phosphorus and carbamate pesticides on commercial fruits in some urban areas of Tangshan. Methods: Ten sample points were selected by sampling points in the major markets for farmers markets and supermarkets in North Road and South Road of Tangshan City. Enzyme inhibition was used to detect six kinds of fruits including apples, pears, bananas, strawberries, Orange, longan in organic phosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues were measured. Results: A total of 120 samples of fruits were collected, of which the total pesticide residue detection rate was 93.3% and the exceeding standard rate was 0%. Residues of various fruits and pesticides in the market and the supermarket between the Lunan District and North Road, no significant difference between. Conclusion: Organic phosphorus and carbamate pesticide residues are commonly found in Tangshan commercial fruits.
