In today’s building materials, concrete has the absolute advantage of high strength, durability, ease of construction, and rich raw materials. However, in the production and use of concrete, people tend to focus on their physical and mechanical properties, but their durability is not enough attention, so that the durability of concrete can not be fully exerted, affecting the life of buildings or structures. In recent years, the durability of concrete materials has attracted the attention of scholars from various countries. The International Conference on the Durability of Concrete Materials was held recently in the United States. The fourth international building materials and building components resistance will be held in Singapore in November 1987.
