“小数的意义和性质”单元教学目标的制定是根据小学数学教学大纲对该单元的教学要求和教材中的具体教学内容,按照小学生学习数学的过程和教学实际,分为提要式的单元终结性教学目标与表格式的分类教学目标两类。单元终结性教学目标是对该单元知识提出应达到的教学要求;表格式的分类教学目标内分为“知识点”与“学习水平”两部分。“知识点”把单元中要学习的主要内容一一列出;学习水平则按由低级到高级分为“认识”、“理解”、“掌握”、“熟练掌握”四个层次,以便明确教学中各知识点应达到的水平。
