本文概括了公共事业管理人才的专业特征;分析了目前公共事业管理专业教育中存在的人才培养目标不明确、专业课程设置不合理、师资力量不足等问题;提出了确立明确的培养方向、构造合理的教学内容和课程体系、加强公共事业管理师资队伍建设等问题的对策性思考。
This paper summarizes the professional characteristics of the public utility management personnel; analyzes the current problems in the public utilities management professional education such as the goal of talent cultivation is not clear, the curriculum of professional courses is not reasonable and the teachers' strength is not enough; the author proposes to establish a clear direction of training and reasonable structure Teaching content and curriculum system to strengthen the construction of public service management faculty and other issues of thinking.
