为了充分发挥科技、专门档案在部队现代化、正规化建设中的实际效益,湖北省军区于一九八六年十二月开展了司、政、后机关科技、专门档案工作检查评比。其主要做法:一是查各级领导对档案工作的重视情况,是否为本单位档案建设解决了一些具体问题;二是看档案管理的现状,整理、存放是否符合要求;

In order to give full play to the actual benefits of science and technology and specialized archives in the modernization and regularization of the armed forces, the Military Region of Hubei Province conducted inspection and appraisal of the scientific, technical and specialized archives work of the departments in charge of politics, administration and post-mortem affairs in December 1986.
