药品是特殊商品,其中麻醉药品、精神药品、毒性药品、放射性药品如使用不当更易危害人体健康,甚至影响社会治安.《药品管理法》规定:“国家对麻醉药品、精神药品、毒性药品、放射性药品,实行特殊的管理办法.”《药品管理法实施办法》又规定了这四类药品的标签应有的特殊标记.各级药品生产、经营、使用单位应严格遵守这方面的有关法规、条例.张友干同志的文章中列举了某些药品生产单位印制这四类特殊药品标签中的一些问题,在药品生产中这种有法不依,有章不循的现象应当引起有关单位的关注.
