十一月中旬在北京结束的中央农村工作会议,对行将过去的一九八六年的农村经济和农村改革形势进行了认真地总结,同时研究、部署了明年的农村工作。本文根据这次会议精神,评述了一九八六年的农村形势。
The Central Rural Work Conference that ended in mid-November in Beijing conscientiously summed up the past rural economy and rural reform in 1986 and at the same time studied and deployed next year’s rural work. Based on the spirit of this meeting, this article reviews the rural situation in 1986.
