我所“用慢应变速率试验方法研究抗应力腐蚀的Cr18Mo2铁素体不锈钢”课题于4月9日通过上海市冶金局鉴定。冶金局科研处刘致强同志出席并主持了会议。参加鉴定会的有上海材料研究所、宁波大学、华东化工学院、宝钢中试室、上钢三厂、五厂及我所的专家和代表13人。课题鉴定由上海材料研究所高级工程师俞健博士主持。我所宋宝陀副所长到会讲了话。会上,由课题负责人袁宝林工程师介绍了课题研究内容。该课题采用了一种新的慢应变速率试验方法,选定了对应力腐蚀敏感的应变速率及应力腐蚀开裂敏感性评定参数;研究了钛的
