实践证明,在电炉、平炉、冲天炉、反射炉中,用氧化钼直接作合金剂冶炼合金钢和铸铁,具有氧化钼还原直接合金化的优良的热力学和动力学条件,钼回收率稳定(95%左右,与钼铁一致)。用本产品作合金剂时,冶炼制度、浇铸工艺、成材加工条件不变。钢材经力学性能、金相组织和超声波探伤检验,性能良好。用氧化钼作合金剂生产的各种类型的钼合金轧辊,化学成分稳定,白口深度符合要求,力学性能和使用效果良好。我们认为凡是需要用钼铁作合金剂生产合金钢和铸铁的,皆可采用氧化钼取代之。
Practice has proved that in the electric furnace, open hearth furnace, cupola furnace, reflector furnace, the direct use of molybdenum oxide alloy for smelting alloy steel and cast iron, molybdenum reduction with direct alloying of the excellent thermodynamic and kinetic conditions, stable molybdenum recovery (95 % Or so, consistent with molybdenum iron). With this product for alloying agent, the smelting system, casting process, into the processing conditions remain unchanged. Steel by mechanical properties, microstructure and ultrasonic testing, good performance. With molybdenum oxide alloy for the production of various types of molybdenum alloy roll, chemical composition stability, white depth to meet the requirements of mechanical properties and the use of good results. We think that any need to use molybdenum iron alloy for the production of alloy steel and cast iron, can be replaced by molybdenum oxide.
