疾控机构通过CIS计划导入,外塑形象、内构文化,从理念、行为、视觉三个方面系统、规范、标准地传达疾控部门的价值取向和个性特质,使疾控机构的新型组织形象迅速建立起来。特别是全新服务理念和行为识别的配套贯彻执行,将会在社会公众中留下全新的疾控职能部门形象。通过CIS计划导入,这种具有亲和力,向公众提供“服务型”的模式转换,必然为疾控机构新形象的塑造和服务品牌的打造起到有力的推动作用。
