目的分析嘉定区食物中毒的发生规律和原因,探讨食物中毒防治对策。方法对嘉定区2001~2008年报告的食物中毒事件进行综合分析。结果食物中毒事故第三季度高发。致病因素依次为微生物污染、化学性污染、有毒动植物污染和不明原因污染。微生物污染中又以副溶血性弧菌污染最为严重。集体食堂和外送盒饭加工单位为中毒高发场所。结论微生物性食物中毒仍是当前食品卫生安全的主要问题;化学性食物中毒、有毒动植物食物中毒的预防控制有待进一步加强。
Objective To analyze the regularity and causes of food poisoning in Jiading District and to discuss the countermeasures of food poisoning prevention. Methods A comprehensive analysis of food poisoning reported in Jiading District from 2001 to 2008 was conducted. Results food poisoning high incidence in the third quarter. Pathogenic factors followed by microbial contamination, chemical pollution, toxic animals and plants pollution and unexplained pollution. Microbiological pollution and Vibrio parahaemolyticus pollution is the most serious. The collective canteens and lunch boxes processing units for high incidence of poisoning place. Conclusion Microbial food poisoning is still the main problem of food hygiene and safety. The prevention and control of chemical food poisoning and toxic food poisoning of animal and plant animals need to be further strengthened.
