开设英语口语课,从根本上改变英语教学中重视语法、阅读、翻译能力的提高,轻视口语能力训练的倾向,提高学员口语表达能力;寻求口语课教学的规律,是我院英语教改中丞待解决的问题之一.一、问题提出随着我国改革开放的深入发展,我军的国际交流日益加强,外语学习和外语教学越来越受到重视.空军军事训练大纲中明确指出:培养学员具有较强的阅读能力,一定的听说能力,初步的写和译的能力,掌握一定的军事及飞行专业词汇,为阅读军事科技文献及交流打下牢固基础.

The air force military training program clearly states: Strong reading ability, certain ability of listening and speaking, preliminary ability of writing and translation, mastery of certain military and flying majors, and laying a solid foundation for reading military scientific literature and exchange.
