我国现有60岁以上的老年人近一亿,行将步入“老年型人口国”行列。把全国总人口近十分之一的老年人组织起来,投身到市场经济和第三产业的洪流中发挥作用,是一项利国利民利己又利老年工作健康发展的宏伟事业,也是当前摆在各级党委、政府和老干部工作部门面前的一项十分紧迫、势在必抓的重要工作之一。本文结合现阶段老年工作(侧重退离休工作)实际,就新时期老有所为的内涵、走向等作一粗略探讨,旨在为老有所为和老年管理学的研究抛砖引玉,提供参考。
Nearly 100 million elderly people over the age of 60 in our country are about to step into the ranks of the “elderly population country.” Organizing the elderly in nearly one tenth of the total population and playing a role in the torrent of the market economy and the tertiary industry is an ambitious project that is conducive to the interests of the country and the people as well as the healthy development of the elderly. One of the most urgent and urgent tasks that must be tackled before the party committees, governments and veteran cadres at all levels of work. Based on the actual work of the elderly in the current period (focusing on retirement from work), this article makes a rough discussion on the connotation and trend of what is old in the new era, aiming to provide references for the research on the past and old management.
