新民主主义革命时期是一个人才辈出、英流汇聚的伟大历史时期。陈独秀作为中国近代史上的著名人物，在此期间亦曾留下过深深印迹。本文所引溯论证的：是其早期的编辑出版实践及其在中国近代出版史上的重要地位。主要内容包括：一、丰富多彩的出版实践；二、“鼓吹革命”的出版思想；三、风格独异的出版特色；四、功垂青史的出版名家。在文章的第四部分，笔者以下述拙见就教于同人：1陈独秀是引领近代中国进步出版事业的旗手；2陈独秀是培养近代出版人才的园丁；3陈独秀是早期党的革命出版事业的奠基人。
The period of the new democratic revolution is a great historical period where talents come together and the flow of the British people is concentrated.
