目的:应用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析光皮桦叶片和果实中的挥发性成分。方法:采用微波辅助顶空固相微萃取技术分别提取光皮桦叶片和果实中的主要挥发性成分,用气相色谱-质谱法与色谱保留指数相结合进行定性定量分析。结果:从光皮桦叶片和果实中分别鉴定出58,25个化合物,分别占挥发性组分总峰面积的95.78%,95.72%,在叶片中主要成分是十五烷(5.50%),十六烷(6.54%)和(E)-1,2,3-三甲基-4-丙烯基-萘(5.13%);而果实中主要成分是顺式-β-金合欢烯(10.04%),β-甜没药烯(24.81%),α-石竹烯(25.61%)和α-甜没药醇(16.42%)。结论:两个部位的挥发性成分存在较大差异。
Objective: To analyze the volatile components in the leaves and fruits of Betula luminifera by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Methods: Microwave-assisted headspace solid-phase microextraction was used to extract the main volatile components from the leaves and fruits of Betula platyphylla. Qualitative and quantitative analysis was carried out by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry combined with chromatographic retention index. Results: Fifty-eight and twenty-five compounds were identified from the leaves and fruits of Betula luminifera, accounting for 95.78% and 95.72% of the total peak area of the volatile components respectively. The main components in the leaves were pentadecane (5.50%), (6.54%) and (E) -1,2,3-trimethyl-4-propenyl-naphthalene (5.13%), while the main components in fruit were cis- β-glufosinate (24.81%), α-caryophyllene (25.61%) and α-bisabolol (16.42%). Conclusion: The volatile components of the two parts are quite different.
