目的观察孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取本院儿科2013年月至2016年3月收治的支气管哮喘患儿96例为本文研究对象,按随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组各48例,对照组给予布地奈德治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗,比较2组患儿治疗后疗效。结果 96例患儿经治疗后,观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肺功能指标FEV、FEV1、FEV1/FEV及日间症状评分、夜间症状评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组哮鸣音、喘息及呼吸困难等症状消失时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠联合布地奈德治疗小儿支气管哮喘可提高临床疗效,改善肺功能和临床症状,且安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of montelukast combined with budesonide in the treatment of pediatric bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 96 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were selected as the study object. According to the random number table, 48 children were divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given budesonide Germany treatment, the observation group was given montelukast sodium on the basis of the control group, and the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Conclusion Montelukast combined with budesonide in children with bronchial asthma can improve clinical efficacy, improve lung function and clinical symptoms, and high safety, it is worth clinical promotion.
