建筑电气设计必须遵循在满足建筑物的使用功能和设计标准的要求下,确保安全可靠、经济合理且高效节能。目前我国正处于城镇化建设的快速发展时期,已建项目的总建筑面积约为400亿m2,每年还以10多亿m2的速度递增。我国建筑能耗约占全社会总能耗的27%。到2020年,全国将新增建筑面积约200亿m2,建筑能耗占全社会总能耗的比例将更高。在欧美一些发达国家,节能型建筑的比例已达到了40%。在我国这样一个资源相对匮乏,正在发展中的人口大国,能源危机迫在眉睫,作为能耗大户的建筑能耗已成为危及社会可持续发展的一个重大问题。
Building electrical design must comply with the use of functional requirements and design standards to meet the requirements of the building, to ensure safe, reliable, economical and efficient energy-saving. At present, our country is in a period of rapid development of urbanization. The total built-up area of the completed projects is about 40 billion m2, which is also increasing at an annual rate of over 1 billion m2. China’s building energy consumption accounts for about 27% of the total energy consumption of the whole society. By 2020, there will be about 20 billion m2 of new construction area in the country, and the proportion of building energy consumption in the total energy consumption of the whole society will be even higher. In some developed countries in Europe and America, the proportion of energy-efficient buildings has reached 40%. In our country, where a resource is relatively scarce and a populous country is developing, the energy crisis is imminent. As one of the major energy-hungry building energy consumption, it has become a major issue that threatens the sustainable development of society.
