本文通过分析湖南省高职院校图书馆基本情况,确定湖南省高职院校图书馆评价指标的体系结构、构建原则和筛选方法,从而形成湖南省高职院校图书馆评价指标体系构建路径,以期通过绩效评价的导向性作用,不断提升图书馆建设水平、优化馆藏结构,创新服务模式等。
Based on the analysis of the basic situation of libraries in higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province, this paper determines the system structure, construction principles and screening methods of the evaluation indexes of libraries in higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province, and then constructs the evaluation index system of Hunan Vocational College Library , Through the performance evaluation of the guiding role, and constantly improve the level of library construction, optimize the collection structure, innovative service model.
