一、编者情况 主编柳青:教育部文化基础课程指导委员会委员、副教授。他长期从事职业教育的计算机教学工作,是教育部2000年最新颁布的全国中等职业学校《计算机应用基础教学大纲》的主要执笔人之一。他1999年为高等教育出版社主编的教育部中等专业学校规划教材《计算机应用基础(Windows 95平台)》,被全国众多中专学校选为教材,两年印数已近10万册,获得了很好的社会效益。
