目的:分析近三年武汉地区24家医院妇科局部抗感染药的用药数据,了解武汉地区该类药物的用药现状和发展趋势。方法:对武汉地区医院2009～2011年妇科局部抗感染药的用药金额、市场占有率、用药频度及日均费用等进行统计分析。结果:妇科局部抗感染药的使用量逐年上升临床上使用较多的是治疗混合感染的药物,治疗单纯感染的药物中,抗念珠菌药销量占绝对优势。临床对新剂型的认同度较高,阴道用软胶囊、泡腾胶囊和泡腾片的销量增长均非常显著。一些疗效较好,适用范围广的新型药物具有较强的市场竞争力结论:妇科局部抗感染药市场需求潜力大,治疗混合感染的药物市场份额较大,疗效好且适用范围广的药物竞争力强新剂型在妇科局部抗感染药的使用前景不容忽视
Objective: To analyze the medication data of gynecological topical anti-infectives in 24 hospitals in Wuhan in the recent three years and to understand the current situation and development trend of these drugs in Wuhan. Methods: The statistical analysis of Wuhan City Hospital 2009-2011 local gynecological anti-infectives amount of medication, market share, frequency of medication and daily average costs were statistically analyzed. Results: The usage of local anti-infectives in gynecology increased year by year. The drugs used in the treatment of mixed infections were more used clinically. The sales of anti-candidiasis drugs accounted for an absolute advantage in the treatment of simple infections. Clinical approval of new dosage forms is higher, vaginal use of soft capsules, effervescent capsules and effervescent tablets sales growth is very significant. Some new drugs with better curative effect and wide range of application have strong market competitiveness Conclusion: The market demand potential of topical anti-infectives in gynecology is high, and the market share of drugs for treating mixed infections is large, and the drug efficacy is good and the applicable scope is wide. Strong new formulations in the gynecological local anti-infectives can not be ignored
