目的:分析南京医科大学第一附属医院抗菌药近5年用药现状和发展趋势,并结合样本耐药菌株耐药率变化,为该类药物管理和临床合理应用提供参考。方法:对2007～2011年间该院抗菌药品种、金额、用药频度(DDDs)及细菌耐药率,进行回顾性分析。结果:该院抗菌药5年来消耗金额呈上升趋势,用药频度逐年下降,细菌耐药率呈缓慢上升趋势。结论:近年细菌耐药率增长迅速,抗菌药临床使用量大,用药频度逐年下降。该院临床抗菌药品用药趋于合理。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the current situation and development trend of antibacterial drugs in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University in the past five years, and to provide reference for the management of such drugs and their rational clinical application in combination with the change of drug resistance rate of the drug-resistant strains. Methods: The antimicrobial species, amount, frequency of drug use (DDDs) and bacterial resistance rate of the hospital from 2007 to 2011 were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The consumption of antibacterials in this hospital increased in the past 5 years, and the frequency of medication declined year by year. The rate of bacterial resistance showed a slow upward trend. Conclusion: In recent years, the rate of bacterial resistance increases rapidly, the clinical use of antibacterial drugs is large, and the frequency of medication declines year by year. The hospital clinical antibacterial drugs tend to be rational.
