本试验利用引进的6种菌根真菌,对我省主要树种——红松进行了苗木人工接种试验。结果证明:供试的菌根菌,特别是Suillus grevillei(kl.)Sing.和Xerocomus chrysenlteron(Bull·ex Fr.)Quel.,均能在红松苗木上形成大量菌根,对红松苗木的生物产量有明显的促进作用。苗木菌根化程度越高,根系越发达,苗木干物重越重,地上高或地径粗越大(不绝对)。因此,可以利用纯培养的菌根菌进行人工接种,作为培育壮苗的技术措施之一。
In this experiment, the introduction of 6 mycorrhizal fungi, the main tree species in our province - Korean pine seedling inoculation test. The results showed that all the mycorrhizal fungi, especially Suillus grevillei (kl.) Sing. And Xerocomus chrysen lteron (Bull.ex Fr.) Quel., Could form a large number of mycorrhizae on Korean pine seedlings, Biological yield has a significant role in promoting. The higher mycorrhizal degree of seedling, the more developed the root system, the heavier the dry weight of seedlings, the higher the ground or rough diameter (not absolute). Therefore, the use of pure cultured mycorrhizal fungi artificial inoculation, as one of the technical measures to cultivate strong seedlings.
