苏联电影大师在与作家们合作之卞,摄制了不少儿童影片。其中,苏联儿童文学作家的名著搬上银幕的占很大数量,如根据卡达耶夫的同名中篇小说摄制的‘雾海孤帆’和‘团的儿子’,根据米哈尔科夫的舞台剧本摄制的‘红领巾’和‘他们有祖国’,根据瓦西连柯的中篇小说‘小星星’摄制的‘走向生活’等等。另外,还有一些为低年级小学生和未满学龄的儿童摄制的有趣的动画片,如‘当小松树燃亮的时候’、‘魔术商店’、‘兎兄兎弟’、‘沙尔米柯’、‘雪后’等。
