过去我厂绝大多数铸钢件型芯都采用桐油、合脂、蓖麻油、胡油、菜籽油等,这些粘结剂不是货源不足,就是不能满足特殊型芯的工艺要求,或是与人争油。1982年我们采用塔油代替桐油用于试生产,这样就基本上解决了上述矛盾,而且价格只是桐油的四分之一至三分之一。从两年来的试验及应用来看,性能优于合脂、接近桐油,部分性能还比桐油好些。现将我厂试验和生产情况介绍如下:
