我厂原来由于设备陈旧落后、技术水平低以及管理不善等多方面的原因,造成了生产过程中能源的大量浪费。针对这一现象,我厂于1983年8月至1984年1月经过近半年的时间完成了锻工车间的节能技术改造。经过这次改造,设备得到了更新,尤其是对锻造加热炉经以下几个方面的改进,能源大大节省,经济效益得到显著提高。一、锻造炉耐火保温材料的改进 1.炉墙部分我们根据《工业炉设计手册》表7-
