实时三维超声心动图(Real time three dimensional echocardi-ography,RT-3DE)为目前超声领域中的研究热点,该技术能提供一个直观立体的心脏解剖结构,对心脏指标进行三维空间上的准确定量,进而了解其形态结构变化、血流动力学改变及心功能情况等,为心血管疾病的诊断及疗效评价开辟了新途径[1-3]。该项技术发展迅速,心脏很多领域的研究都有涉及,本文就实时三维超声在高血压病左室重构和功能研究方面作一综述。
Real-time three-dimensional echocardiography (RT-3DE) is a hot research field in the field of ultrasound, which can provide an intuitive three-dimensional anatomy of the heart and accurately measure the cardiac index in three dimensions. And then to understand its morphological changes, changes in hemodynamic and cardiac function, etc., for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease has opened up a new way [1-3]. The rapid development of the technology, many areas of the heart are involved in the study, this article on the real-time three-dimensional ultrasound in hypertensive left ventricular remodeling and functional studies are reviewed.
