针对超声检测中的低信噪比、回波不易识别的问题,提出了用巴克编码技术检测混凝土缺陷的方法。介绍了巴克编码的基本方法和检测原理,通过在发射端发射13位的巴克编码信号,在接收端通过相关运算,得到峰值较高且信噪比高的信号。介绍了试验的设计方法和检测过程。对混凝土块内的孔洞和裂缝分别进行了巴克编码的激励检测,检测结果证明了该方法的有效性,并且证明在提高回波信噪比方面是有益的。
Aiming at the low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in ultrasonic testing and the difficulty of recognizing echoes, a method for detecting concrete defects by using Barker coding is proposed. The basic method and detection principle of Barker coding are introduced. By transmitting 13 bits Barker coded signals at the transmitting end, the signal with high peak and high signal-to-noise ratio is obtained by correlation operation at the receiving end. The test design method and testing process are introduced. The Barker-coded excitation detection of holes and cracks in concrete blocks respectively is carried out. The test results prove the effectiveness of the method and prove to be beneficial in improving the signal-to-noise ratio of the echo.
