为提高对恶性脑膜瘤的诊治水平，回顾分析临床资料。４ 例恶性脑膜瘤，男女各２ 例，病程０５ ～１ 年，明显的骨质破坏和脑浸润３ 例。颅外转移２ 例，１ 例术后２ 年３ 次复发； Ｃ Ｔ 表现明显的瘤周水肿和非均一强化４ 例，囊变、坏死２ 例。分析认为恶性脑膜瘤具有病程短，明显的骨质破坏，脑浸润，颅外转移，易复发； Ｃ Ｔ表现为非均一强化，囊变，坏死，无钙化，明显的瘤周水肿。
In order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of malignant meningiomas, retrospective analysis of clinical data. 4 cases of malignant meningioma, male and female in 2 cases, duration of 0 5 to 1 years, significant bone destruction and brain infiltration in 3 cases. 2 cases had extracranial metastasis and 1 case had recurrence 3 times 2 years after operation. C T showed obvious peritumoral edema and heterogeneous enhancement in 4 cases, cystic degeneration and necrosis in 2 cases. Analysis of malignant meningioma with short course, obvious bone destruction, brain infiltration, extracranial metastasis, easy to relapse; C T showed heterogeneous enhancement, cystic degeneration, necrosis, no calcification, significant peritumoral edema.
