结合郭村矿破碎围岩12061底板抽放巷岩层特点及巷道变形情况,对原支护修复巷道持续变形的原因和机理进行了分析。提出去掉U型钢被动式支护方式,采用“高强锚网索+顶帮底角注浆加固”为主的修复支护技术,对锚网索支护参数和工艺进行了优化,使用高强度护表构件(大托盘、高强度钢筋梯)和底角锚索,对锚杆和锚索施加高预紧力,优化注浆参数和工艺等。现场表明,该巷道修复支护技术有效控制了底抽巷的持续变形。
Combined with the characteristics of rock strata in 12061 floor of broken rock in Guocun Mine and the deformation of roadway, the reason and mechanism of continuous deformation of original roadway are analyzed. Proposed to remove the U-beam passive support methods, using “high strength anchor net + top bottom grouting reinforcement” based repair and support technology, the anchor net support parameters and process optimization, the use of high strength Guard table structure (large pallet, high-strength steel ladder) and the bottom of the anchor, the anchor and anchor to impose high preload, and optimize grouting parameters and processes. The scene shows that the roadway repairing and supporting technology effectively controls the continuous deformation of bottom roadway.
