斑秃,中医学称秃发或鬼剃头。1982年以来笔者采用中西医结合治疗,疗效满意,现报道如下。一般资料 20例患者中男13例,女7例;年龄19～57岁;20～40岁者14例(70%)。发病均无明显诱因。病程最短15天,最长15个月,多在患病后1～2个月内来诊。多数曾单纯用中药或西药治疗无效者。治疗方法中药内服基本方药:熟地、首乌、茯苓各20g,沙参、枸杞子、女贞子、旱莲草、丹参、蒺藜各15g,每日1剂水煎,2～3次分服,1个月为一疗程。临证加减,若偏风燥加羌活、防风、藁本各
