中国中西医结合研究会中药研究专业委员会于 1986年10月27-31日在杭州市召开了成立大会暨全国清热解毒药学术研究讨论会。出席这次会议的代表来自全国24个省、市、自治区共计99人。会议收到论文150篇,大会交流10篇、分组交流78篇,现将会议概况综述如下:(二)清热解毒药的临床研究清热解毒药是中药中极为重要的一类药,据统计可治疗80多种疾病。特别是用于某些现代医学难以治疗的疾病如乙脑等,已取得了一定的疗效。(1)白喉南京传染病医院用土牛膝、玄参为主,甘草、生地.麦冬等随证加减,治疗白喉取得了与白喉抗毒素同样满意的治疗效果,且中药治疗白喉无不良反应,价廉易得,特别适合在缺医少药的农村及边远山区推广应用。(2)肝炎天津市肝病研究所运用山豆根制剂治疗慢性活动性肝炎,结果发现不但能改善肝功能,且能抑制乙型肝炎病毒的复制。中国人民解放军白求恩国际和平医院运用清开灵治疗小儿病毒性肝炎65例,其中急性病毒性肝炎54例,总有效率
